Are these invoice templates free?

The browser invoice generator is free, with one layout. All nine app templates are included with a subscription. No sign-up is needed.

What file do I get?

A PDF with selectable text. Save it through your browser's print dialogue or share it from the app.

Can I get the template in Word or Excel?

No. Invoice Koi exports PDF invoices. Word and Excel invoice templates are not available.

Can I put my own logo on it?

Yes. Add your logo and choose from five accent colours in the app. The browser generator also accepts a logo, kept on your device.

Is there a watermark on the invoice?

No. All nine invoice templates use your own business name, logo and accent, with no Invoice Koi watermark.

Do I need an account to use them?

No sign-up is needed. The browser generator is free; sending from the app needs a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.

Which template should I pick?

Compare the previews for letterhead placement, table style and totals. You can switch designs in the app before sending.

Why are the templates named after koi?

Each design takes its name and visual style from a koi variety. The cards explain the connection.
