How fast can I send an invoice?
Pick the client, tap the rates you already charge, send. The address, the terms, the tax and the next number come with the client, so the only thing you choose is the work.
Can I send it by WhatsApp instead of email?
Yes. The PDF goes out through the share sheet, so any messaging app on the phone can carry it.
Is it really free?
No. Setting up your business and writing drafts are free; issuing invoices, estimates and receipts needs a subscription, an annual plan or a weekly one, with a free trial where your store offers one. Payments collected through Koi cost 0.35% with a subscription, or 0.7% + £0.10 without one, plus Stripe fees. Recording payments received elsewhere has no Koi fee.
