Invoice Koi

Invoicing for landscapers

Landscaping runs at two speeds. There is a garden build with a design, a digger and four weeks of stages, and there is a maintenance round where the same twelve customers are billed the same amount every month and one of them is always late.

What landscapers
put on an invoice.

These go in your price book once, with your own prices against them. After that a line is one tap: the item, the description, the unit and the price fill themselves, and the totals resolve underneath.

Prices are yours. Invoice Koi ships a handful of round placeholder lines to start from and never fills your book with figures you did not set.

02Why landscapers use it

Three things that
save the evening.

The maintenance round, drafted for you

A recurring invoice on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly cadence drafts itself. Twelve regulars stop being twelve things to remember.

The visits on a schedule

Put a garden on a repeating visit and the jobs calendar carries the series, so what you are doing on Thursday is written down before Thursday.

A build quoted in stages

Clearance, hard landscaping and planting each with a heading and a subtotal: the way a customer thinks about the garden, not the way a spreadsheet does.

03 · Questions

Asked by landscapers.

Can I bill regular garden maintenance monthly?

Set a recurring invoice on the cadence you want and it drafts on schedule. You look at it and send it. Nothing goes out on its own.

Can I price by square metre?

Yes. Each line carries its own unit, so turf and paving bill per m² while labour bills per day, on the same document.

Can I see what I earned this quarter?

Income, tax and hours by period, exportable as a CSV, a spreadsheet or a PDF for whoever does your books.
