Three units, one price book

A line carries its own unit, so a rate per thousand words, a fixed price for a page and a day rate all sit in the same book and go on the same invoice.

The retainer nobody has to remember

A monthly content arrangement drafts itself on the day you set, with the client and the line already on it. Add the extras before you send it.

It tells you what is late, not your client

A daily nudge lists what is overdue and what it adds up to. Koi never contacts anybody you work for: chasing is a conversation, and it stays yours.

Can I invoice per thousand words?

Yes. Put the rate in the price book with its own unit and the line works itself out from the count you enter.

How do I invoice a magazine that pays on publication?

Set the terms on the document, from due on receipt through to sixty days. The due date, the status and the overdue nudge all follow from what you set.

Does it chase a late client for me?

No, and deliberately. It tells you what is overdue and by how much. Nothing is ever sent to a client by Koi.
